I left BACKLINKS for the end. This is literally the same as it was in 2015. If you are cheap, lazy or wanna get on the 1st page of Google for $5, you will underperform the same way you did in 2015. If you know that real power lays in links that others are not chasing you will do good.

Forums, not just Reddit, are a part of Google search now. How about checking out those forums you never heard about but are miraculously ending up in search. I saw one with great metrics selling premium profile options. Costs $50/year. You get a do-follow link for $50. Ten of these, ten homepage links, ten guest-posts (not shitty ones) and you should rank any low to mid competition keyword.
